Jeep Wrangler (JK/JL) Brake Systems

Baer introduces the complete brake solution for the Jeep JK/JL platform.

Below you will find our different system options for both the front and rear of the 2007-2017 JK and 2018+ JL.

This system features the 6P 6-piston caliper mounted to a 13.5" 1 piece slot, drill, zinc plated rotor. This is designed as a direct bolt on for the JK/JL, and re-uses the factory hoses. The Pro was built to fit in many of the popular aftermarket 17" wheels.
  • Calipers have dust and weather seals
  • Proper banjo fittings (Baer does not use any pipe thread fittings)
  • Uses the same pad as the C5 (1997-2004) and C6 (2005-2012) Corvette for easy, cost effective pad replacement
  • High grade U281 fine thread stainless hardware (with captured nuts). Rotor comes pre-assembled
  • 2-piece forged caliper design with six cross bolts for added strength
  • Stainless steel pistons, abutments and noise suppression springs
  • Staggered piston sizes to minimize pad wear
  • Caliper can accept 13” & 14” rotors
  • Uses the C5 and C5 backing plate (97-12  Corvette) or the FMSI #D731
  • Can be custom ordered in front or rear configuration, with a variety of piston sizes

 

This system features the 6P 6-piston caliper mounted to a 14" 2 piece slot, drill, zinc plated rotor. The system includes calipers with D.O.T compliant dust and weather seals, and NAS high grade stainless hardware, used for our pre-assembled 2-piece rotor.
  • Offers the exact same look front and rear. Baer is the only brake manufacturer that offers this!

  • Proper banjo fittings (NOTE: Baer does not use any pipe thread fittings)
  • Uses the same pad as the C5 (1997-2004) and C6 (2005-2012) Corvette for easy, cost effective pad replacement

This system features the S4 4-piston caliper mounted to a 1-piece (stock size) slot, drill, zinc plated rotor. This system is designed to reuse the factory Jeep park brake assembly, and comes with Baer's unique Verislide
brackets to allow the 4-piston caliper to float with the stock stock axles.
  • All the benifits of our larger brake systems just in a smaller package to fit 15" wheels
  • Perfect system for someone looking to retain 15" wheels, or the enthusiast that wants to have a larger wheel with the option to go back to the stock look
  • Everything needed per corner (including hoses and fittings) except for General fit applications
  • Calipers have dust and weather seals
  • Proper banjo fittings (NOTE: Baer does not use any pipe thread fittings)
  • 6061 T-6 billet aluminum hat (anodized black) and bolted to the rotor
  • High grade U281 fine thread stainless hardware (with captured nuts). Rotor comes pre-assembled
  • Includes a set of 6061-T6 billet machined hubs with quality bearings installed. Hubs are pre-assembled with bearings, races, studs and packed with Redline synthetic grease.
  • May be used with your current rear drum system.
  • (4) 10mm cross bolts for maximum stiffness

This system features a 6-piston caliper mounted to a 14" 2-piece slot, drill, zinc plated rotor. This system includes a billet backing plate that acts as the caliper mount, and is designed to reuse factory drum in hat park brake.
  • Offers the exact same look front and rear. Baer is the only brake manufacturer that offers this!

  • Proper banjo fittings (NOTE: Baer does not use any pipe thread fittings)
  • Uses the same pad as the C5 (1997-2004) and C6 (2005-2012) Corvette for easy, cost effective pad replacement
